Because of the nature of coaching work, this information most often reaches us through what you choose to say in a session, write in an intake form, or send us in an email or message, rather than through a form field on the website. We do not collect genetic data, biometric data, information about your sex life or sexual orientation, information revealing your race or ethnic origin, your political opinions, or your trade union membership. We do not collect credit worthiness data, student records, social security numbers, or other government identifiers.

Payment Data. If you choose to make a purchase, your payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment instrument number and security code directly, and we never receive or store your full card details. You may find Stripe's privacy notice here: https://stripe.com/en-li/privacy.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Our website does not run analytics software, advertising code, or any other technology that profiles visitors. Our hosting provider may process limited technical information as a necessary part of serving the website securely, but we do not collect, analyze, or retain that information ourselves.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: No. Our website sets no cookies for visitors and runs no tracking, analytics, or advertising code.

Our website does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or similar tracking technologies to gather information about visitors. We do not run analytics software, and we do not permit third parties to place advertising or retargeting technology on our Services. There is no targeting or marketing code of any kind on the site.

The only values stored in your browser are your own light or dark theme choice and, if you use the preference controls, a record of the choices you have made. Both stay on your device and are never transmitted to us. Fonts are served from our own site rather than from a font network.

Because we run no advertising technology, nothing on our Services amounts to a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable US state privacy laws. 5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep client records for seven years after our working relationship ends, to meet tax and accounting requirements.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

In practice, we keep client records for seven (7) years after you stop working with us, which matches the record-keeping period required for tax and accounting purposes. If you contact us but never become a client, we keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond to you.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE? below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. In practice, our Services do not track your browsing activity at all.

Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising in any event, but if you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we will treat this as a valid opt-out request under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and apply it automatically without requiring you to take any additional action. We do not collect account login information, biometric data, citizenship or immigration status, debit or credit card numbers, drivers' license numbers, financial account access details, genetic data, national origin, passport numbers, personal data from a known child, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, information about sex life or sexual orientation, social security numbers, state ID card numbers, status as transgender or nonbinary, or union membership.

We only collect sensitive personal information, as defined by applicable privacy laws or the purposes allowed by law or with your consent. Sensitive personal information may be used, or disclosed to a service provider or contractor, for additional, specified purposes. You may have the right to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.

Request Verification

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
