These terms apply when you register for or participate in a Tidal Abundance workshop cycle, offered by Sacred Shift Within.

The workshop

The Abundance Tide Cycle is a live, online workshop delivered over five sessions via Zoom, with recordings provided. Session dates, times, and price are listed on this site and may change; if a change affects a cycle you have registered for, we will notify you by email.

Registration and payment

Registration is confirmed once payment is received. The current price for the workshop cycle is stated on the registration section of this site.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are available on a prorated basis for any remaining sessions in the current cycle. Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session. Once a session has occurred, that portion of the workshop is no longer eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be considered in the event of unforeseen emergencies at our discretion. Upon request approval, please expect refund in 7-10 business days.

What this workshop is, and is not

Tidal Abundance offers reflective, educational, and experiential content for personal growth. It is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions, and you should consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, or financial concerns.

Recordings and materials

Session recordings and materials are provided for your personal use during and around the cycle. Please do not copy, share, sell, or redistribute them without written permission.

Conduct

Sessions are shared spaces. We ask participants to engage respectfully. We may remove anyone whose conduct disrupts the group, without refund where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacred Shift Within is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.
